Physical health and overall wellbeing is a life long passion of mine and working with others to help them find their or rediscover their wellbeing is my driving force. 17 years ago I left the corporate world in order to save myself from years of physical, mental and emotional degrading and made a decision to pursue a happier and more balanced life. Therefore, I turned my years of athletic training into a way of life. Starting off as a private personal trainer, then working as a trainer at Extreme Fitness, Wynn Fitness and LA Fitness; I continued to grow and expanded my skill set as I moved into Physiotherapy as a Physio Therapy & Occupational Health Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) via Anderson College 2020, and I am currently enrolled as an RMT Student at Medix College graduating in 2023.
